Bought the HG-FTS50 Power Rack. It did not disappoint. Great piece of equipment. Huge upgrade to what we had before. Missing piece to our red and black themed gym. Mike and the team were very helpful as well during the shipment and scheduling the installers. Thank you!

I can honestly say this has been the single worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had with fitness equipment when buying their FTS2 Rack. Elite Pro Fitness Equipment in California is an absolute nightmare to deal with. First, I was promised delivery in 7 weeks when ordering in May. It took 3 months before the order finally arrived. When it did, the packaging was atrocious—parts were broken right out of the box. On top of that, the wrong jammer arm handle was shipped. When I finally received a replacement, it was once again the wrong handle, this time in a completely different color! And to add insult to injury, I was told it would take yet another two months before I could get the correct part. Almost 4 months now and still do not have the correct handle for my rack which I ordered back in May. Customer service is non-existent. Mike, who supposedly handles the sales for this rack, simply ignores messages and provides nothing but excuses for why they can’t complete an order. This company is the definition of incompetence and indifference. Late shipping, wrong parts (twice) and still don’t have the correct part almost 4 months later, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend avoiding Elite Pro Fitness Equipment at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere, ANYWHERE but here, because dealing with this level of unprofessionalism simply isn’t worth it. Not for the price you pay
