I bought an open-box refrigerator from this place and had a great experience. They were very communicative via text and responsive to all my questions. When I visited, they had multiple options available, and I narrowed it down to two models. I initially chose a 36-inch-wide fridge, but later realized it was too tight for our space. I messaged them to switch, and they accommodated the change without any issues. Delivery was smooth and on time. Overall, they were very helpful and made great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Bought 2 washers and a dryer and I must say I got some amazing customer service! Rafael and team went above and beyond to fulfill my appliance needs and the turn around time was super quick! Love my new washer and dryer. Couldn’t recommend Infinite Appliance enough! Also, the prices were amazing! Definitely going back should I need any more appliances

Excellent business! This is our appliance store now. We bought our fridge here awhile back. Came back for a new dishwasher recently. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. All the units are fully functional with maybe some minor cosmetic damage and the prices can’t be beat! There isn’t a huge selection like you’d find at some big appliance stores, but that’s fine with me - fewer choices makes it easier to just pick the best option and be done with it. They’re full service too - delivery, installation and removal of the old appliance. Rafael is friendly, courteous, and answered all of our questions. Customer service is top notch!

Infinite Appliance provided excellent and speedy service from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they even took the time to teach me something I didn’t know about our washing machine. They explained the main issue in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. When they needed to take my washer to their warehouse for further service, they handled it with so much care and delicacy—you can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Infinite Appliance for anyone needing reliable and professional appliance repair.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a new washing machine! The folks at infinite appliance were very fast, they communicated perfectly, and the installation happened in under 15 minutes.
