I have been buying my dog's medicine through their online store for a while, but this time decided I would just go pick it up. The medicine was ready after I had already gotten to work so my friend went to go get it for me and when I sent him what I owed him which was always $60, he said it was $222 and sent me a picture of the receipt. When I called to find out why they charged me so much, I was told that online prices are different because they buy in bulk. Even if that is true, $160 is way too big of a difference. Amy also should have told me that the prices for medicine being picked up were higher, which they did not mention when I explained to them on the phone that I usually order online but wanted to come in and get it so I could get it sooner. Seems super scammy to withhold that information and have me surprised when im paying $160 more than I thought I would be paying. $160 might just be pocket change to the people at this vet, but it isnt to the rest of the world. Definitely would not ever recommend taking your pets here.

Excellent service from start to finish !! My dog had to get a life saving surgery after calling multiple places who quoted 3-4x the amount of these guys for the same exact surgery, they got the dog in the very next day provided pre and post care instructions, they followed up during and once she was home. They are absolutely amazing !!
