Some of the male assistants are exceptionally rude and treat you like you are a burden to be there. Being treated like that and talked to like that while you have a sick pet that needs help is a pretty jarring experience. I never felt like my animals care was their first interest, they felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me at every point. Most of the employees here are lovely and great but somehow I always have to interact with the two male assistants in the back and they acted like they hated me and my animals existence on earth. Don’t go here, don’t put the care of your animals here. There are other options to consider first.

I cannot thank McClelland Animal Hospital enough for saving our Khloe! I wanted to give a special thank you to Dr. Carrig and Dr. Souza for taking the time to explain the process and being able to see my dog quickly and getting the surgery done same day! Without them our Khloe wouldn’t be here today! I cannot recommend this place enough. Lastly, ALWAYS get a second opinion if I didn’t come to McClelland my dog wouldn’t be here! Thank you 🙏🏻
