At tenant turnover, one of the rentals I manage had several roof leaks. I could see spotting on the ceiling in several different locations in the home. He explained exactly what was wrong and what was causing the leaks. A few days later he emailed me a quote detailing all that would need to be done and the total cost. He also emailed pictures of the work in progress and at completion, that Elo Roofing had done on a similar job. This was very helpful to me, to see how thorough they were. I decided to go with Elo Roofing and am satisfied with their work and price. They also guarantee their roof leak repairs for 2 years, which was important to me as well.
