Delightful experience. We were surprised with the amount and variety of complimentary snacks provided with our stay. Breakfast items were freshly made and it was nice to have a cafe within the hotel so no visit outside to find food is necessary. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, not a single complaint. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and gym had new equipment in great working order. We had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!!

Subject: Outstanding Diamond Experience – Commendation for Aaliyah, Victor, and Emily As a Hilton Diamond member who travels for a living, I am frequently in the position of having to notify management when standards aren't being met. However, my experience at this property was the exact opposite. This stay was defined by three staff members who truly represent what the Hilton standard should be. • Aaliyah: She is absolutely beautiful, and her confidence and radiant smile truly light up the room. She has a presence that makes guests feel immediately welcome and valued. • Victor: His sense of humor and deep knowledge of the local area added immense value to my stay. He is a fantastic ambassador for your hotel. • Emily: Her customer service is top-notch, and her coffee-making skills are second to none. She is efficient, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work.

Other than a little bit of a wait to get checked in, our stay was great. We booked a 2 room king suite with a partial river view. We ended up on the top floor, which was beautiful for the view, but there was a large outdoor light on the building that shone right to our window. The curtains blocked most of it, but it was still a little bright. Noise level from the hotel was very low, the lounge and restaurant area downstairs was lovely and had lots of choices for food/drink. Plus, you can't beat the proximity to Old Sacramento/West Sacramento and K Street.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time! Charlie, the hotel receptionist, was amazing—super friendly and even took the time to talk to my dog Benny. She made both of us feel very welcome and even gave him a treat, which made his day. The rest of the staff was awesome as well, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at The Embassy Suites. Huge shout out to Charlie at the front desk for being so sweet and kind. She explained the Polar Express Experience and even through the busyness of the holiday season she made sure to make us feel welcomed. Charlie upgraded our room to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best views of downtown. The buffet breakfast was so delicious. Thank you for making this an unforgettable amazing experience. Happy Holidays and we’ll definitely be back.
