Simple room. Outlets are a joke. Filthy floor. Filthy walls. Terrible space in bathroom. No place to set up hair tools to use mirror. 1 PLY TOILET PAPER!! Garbage in parking area entrance. Exposed wire at entrance door to elevator area. Just 1 step above sleeping in the car.
Beautiful motel the only problems I have with it is you have to hold down the handle to the toilet. People smoke week in there room as well as the elevator. I understand its legal but who want to walk in a place where it smell like bad weed. It should only be smoke just like cigarettes out side. Good service as well as place to stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the updated rooms. My room was perfect, and I had a Gr8 view of the sunset! It was good for the night I needed to stay. And the name changed too!!!
Stayed here with my girlfriend and her mother for a convention that was happening. It was nice at first had the fridge and microwave. Ironing bored and iron where there and nice bathroom was nice there then there was so thing red in the hinges. Beds were ok felt like I was being bent in half bc of how soft there are. The first morning there was blood and dog prints our fount if the room next to us. There was breakfast so that was nice. We had reserved a third night online (choose to pay at desk not online) and decided not to stay there bc it would take to king to get the room since they had to clean a new room so we went to the motel 6 across the street and got a room there but when we went to close our reservation they said we had already paid for it and told us they they weren't the ones who pulled the money off the card. They gave us a number to call as he said they were the ones who controlled the money. When we called they told us they didn't control the mont and that the hotel themselves did and they they would call the hotel and get everything sorted for us. Thankfully we for our money back and our deposit. The pool was closed bc of a "inspection" but reading other reviews tells me otherwise. Nice location just keep a eye on your money and pray they give your deposit back ig tbh we had a better experience with our stay across the street at the motel 6. Rooms had a bit of damage here and there as well like cracks in the bathroom walls and door frames being messed up and the floor boreds being moved somehow.
I am Handicapped and I was given a ground level accessible room. The Room was Neat, Comfortable, and the Shower was perfect for Handicapped individuals. There were two issues I had in my week stay; 1) Loud Guess and 2)Hotel Associate Uninformed. 1) On one of the nights at approximately 11pm, a woman started screaming some cuss words and that someone had done her wrong. I tried calling the front desk on my room phone and then used my cell phone to make them aware, but no one answered. This went on for 15 minutes before she stopped. 2)I had in my refrigerator some leftovers from a nearby restaurant that I would later want to warm up. I called the office, and I spoke to a male associate and inquired if they had a microwave that I could use it to my leftovers. Stated that they did, and when I needed to use it, come to the office. 2 days later, I took my meal to the office and met with a woman associate. I asked to use the microwave, and she informed me that they did not have one. I informed her that I previously spoke to her male associate, and he stated that there was one. She again said that they do not have one. The next morning, I had their complimentary breakfast and I notice a microwave in the room between the office and the dinning area.
