I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Tyler in the week leading up to Christmas. He replaced the tempering valve on my gas hot water system and took the time to clearly explain this issue associated with my particular model. Tyler also identified that the jumper valve on my cold-water bathroom tap was stuck, which explained why no water was coming through. From scheduling the job through to completion, I have always found the service to be prompt and efficient. I will continue to use Ember Plumbing and Gas for any future needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Ember Plumbing and gas was honest, transparent with pricing, and did exactly what they said they would do—no upselling, no nonsense. Our plumber, Talen was efficient, professional, and genuinely polite. He explained what needed to be done, got the job done quickly, and left everything clean and safe. Reliable, straightforward, and respectful service like this is rare. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to Ember Plumbing, the staff on reception and Kade who came last week and fixed our kitchen tap and checked the water heater. We have used Ember before and have been VERY pleased with their work. Kade was (and is) very courteous and honest when advising us about the work that needed to be done. We are so grateful that we were listened to and had everything explained clearly and simply. We have recommend Ember Plumbing to a friend who was very happy with their work and we would highly recommend Ember to anyone. Thanks too to the owner Dylan and congratulations to him for establishing such a quality company….with quality staff and customer service.

Talen and the Ember team are a certifiable legends. I had a whole home filtration unit and HWS installed. From the initial quoting process with Paul, who took the time to go through all the details with me to make sure I was getting the right system, through to the final installation by Talen, I could not be happier with the end results. Talen went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best pressure on all my taps, kept me informed the whole way through the process and exceeded my expectations of the over all results. Your pipe work and bends are beautiful. I will be a repeat customer for life.

Had my Rheem 20L installed recently. Was smooth sailing from initial quote to final installation, which was very quick. Jaya was professional, knowledgeable and gave two thumbs-up service. So glad I called them. I would recommend Ember anytime!
