Usually I’d only have amazing things to say but emerald hospital’s customer service is extremely lacking. I show up at 8:30am for a procedure. 2 employees showed up almost 20 minutes late. When I explained to one person I had an appointment, she claimed I was at the wrong place and they don’t open til 9. When I went inside to ask why they were late (because I was already late to my job because of this) another woman explained “life happens and some people need to dig out their cars”. So it’s the customer’s fault you didn’t plan better and leave earlier? And because of your poor planning, your customers and patients have to suffer because of it? Honestly, a horrible way to treat your customers. I’ve been bringing my animals here for almost 10 years and have never experienced this kind of behavior. It’s very disappointing. I’ve also been calling for a while now to check on my kitty (because they said he was the only surgery for today) and have gotten no answer. They NEVER answer the phone. Unfortunately today’s not the only time I’ve experienced this. After today, I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning. I’m extremely disappointed.
The best vet we’ve ever visited! From the receptionist, the vet tech, to the veterinarian, everyone is so kind and caring. They’re very reasonably priced and not only focus on your pet’s wellbeing but also consider the owners. This will be our go-to vet from now on!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was asked several times if I had any questions for my new kitten. This was my first time visiting here, it will not be my last! Prices were good, my baby was taken care of, staff was helpful and friendly. Doesn't get any better than that!
The best veterinarian spot in the Cleveland area. I drive almost 20 minutes to go here because Dr. Lindsay and her staff are the best. They really show love for your animals.
So happy that my Titan has recieved such amazing care from Dr Lindsey and all her vet nurses!! The time she spent to make sure she throughly examined him, and educate me regarding his ailment and recovery process was exactly what all vets should do! He is on the mend and smiling again!! I am so very grateful for the care we recieved!!
