Can't say enough great things about Chelci and sorry in advance for the long post but she deserves it. We have a Lagotto Romagnolo and we took her to get groomed at another groomer in the neighborhood. I will say that It is winter and has snowed a ton, and she is super curly so we knew it wasn't going to be an easy cut but we had a HORRIBLE experience in all ways- they basically said our dog was so poorly behaved that they couldn't groom her (she is very chill and mild mannered, albeit a puppy...) When we picked her up it looked like someone had blindfolded Edward Scissorhands and let him groom our dog. She was incredibly jumpy, nervous, and out of character for days. She actually snapped at my husband when he walked up behind her the afternoon we picked her up, which has never happened. I joked that we were going to have to send her to therapy... We asked around and someone recommended Chelci. We just picked her up and she looks AMAZING! I honestly wasn't sure the mess could be fixed right now but Chelci CRUSHED it and we couldn't be happier- both with the final product and how we feel our dog was treated while with her. No trauma this time, and was definitely treated gently and patiently. Already booked our next appointment and will be sending everyone we know her way.

I was referred by a friend. My Red Golden, Mr. Red, is 15 years young and I had a couple of requests which the staff addressed in fine fashion. I've been to a couple of other groomers in the area and although somewhat satisfied, I wasn't overwhelmed. In Pawsh, I've found my groomer!

Started bringing Jax for puppy grooming and now he’s getting regular groomings and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. I don’t have to worry about him being put in a cage if it takes a few minutes for me to come get him after he’s complete. Her communication is elite I just love everything about the atmosphere for him! Thank you sooooo much!

Chelci has always been my go-to groomer since my dog has been a puppy! I've taken my pup in to other places when I couldn't get an appointment in time and they've always messed up my dogs fur. Chelci has been extremely accommodating and you can tell she's passionate in her work. Scheduling is so simple and she is very quick in answering all questions. Can't recommend her enough!
