Perfect experience getting 2 piercings from Romain! Explains everything so well and is very knowledgeable. Best experience I've had at a piercing shop, and I look forward to coming back for more!

The only thing about this shop that was not good was that they were kind of deceptive about what the prices were. I got a lobe piercing here, and I came in person to make the appointment days before. I saw the price on their website being $25, but I asked if getting my lobes pierced would be $25 and the man did say yes. In reality, it means $25 per ear. When they say the jewelry starts at $40, they mean per earring. Not as a pair of earrings. That was my only issue. I don’t speak French and the staff all spoke very good English without judging me, they gave me plenty of time to figure out how I was going to pay (since I didn’t bring enough because they were not clear about the price), they were very informative about the process, they were very professional while piercing me, they created a good environment to be pierced in, and they were overall very informative (except about the price) and kind. I would recommend this place, just wish they were clearer about the prices!

My friend and I went to get our piercings done together, there’s a great jewelry selection, they even have Pyrex options! Our piercer was Efix, they were really patient with us and took the time to explain the healing process to us, same for piercing care.

Very clean and aesthetic place. The staff is amazing and open to talk during the piercing process. Each time I've got a personalized experience. Beware of the price of the piercings as they are quite expensive, but the quality is there.

Very professional, the staff is awesome! Alex, who did my piercings took the time to answer any questions I had. They were very welcoming, it's a great place for first timers. They take sanitation very seriously, everything was clean and done right. Superb experience!
