Wow. Wow. Wow. It’s all I can say! We had a van used for work that was beyond gross. Pop spills that were never cleaned up, pet hair everywhere, crumbs/particles so bad you could barely see the floor. And now? I don’t even think the van was this clean when we bought it new!! I am so impressed and will be using this company again and again!

I had my Jeep detailed after it had been used by my son and my granddaughter for two years. It was a complete mess! I wasn't sure it would be able to be cleaned up. I am so very happy with the service provided by Mark and his crew! His communication and commitment to my satisfaction was top notch! I chose Empire Customs because of their 5 star reviews and I see now that they truly deserve every one!! Thank you for bringing my car back to a point where I'm proud to drive it!! I have other cars that will need your attention too! I only wish I had before pictures to show what an amazing job they did!!

Incredibly pleased with the mobile services provided by Empire. Derek was an extremely knowledgeable and professional detailer and did an incredible job. This is the first time I have ever had a professional detail on any car I have owned and man it puts anything I could do to shame.

I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to Empire. I was recently gifted a used (very dirty) minivan and after 3 hours of just removing trash I knew I needed professional help. Mark was able to schedule us in incredibly quickly and his employee Derek came and got to work. It took over 6 hours to detail the inside of this van it was THAT bad and he did it all with a smile on his face and with no judgement on how it got to be that bad. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that went into the job and ecstatic is an understatement on how I feel of the finished product. This Van looks like it was pulled off the car lot. The only thing we weren’t able to get up was a melted crayon spot and I am SO ok with that. I will 100000% hire Empire again and I have already told everyone I know how good of a job they’ve done! Thank you Mark, Derek, and the rest of the Empire team for restoring the van to its former glory and making it safe and healthy for me to put my family in!

5 star company every time. Mark and his employees are the best around. They are very professional. I have used Empire Customs on my current truck, my last truck and also my wife’s vehicle for the past 2 years. I have never had one complaint on their work.
