I would highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer , he has a very calm and friendly personality but pushes you to get the very best out you when training. He has great knowledge on nutrition and gives great advice for both training and nutrition.
I’ve been training consistently for over a year and have already surpassed many of my personal goals, but after just two sessions with Andrew, I was pushed to entirely new limits. He introduced me to exercises and movement patterns I’ve never experienced in my regular workouts, and each session challenged my body in ways that even my most intense hour-long weight-lifting routines never have. What really stood out was his ability to pinpoint areas I didn’t even realize I could improve. The workouts were tough—in the best way—and the level of muscle engagement and discomfort (the good kind!) was unlike anything I’ve felt before. Amazing PT, I met him through at a taster session and the information he provided was amazing. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me a service and that he actually cares about his job and has spent a mass of time curating his skills and knowledge. Since signing up I have felt more confident and the increase in strength. The sessions are purposeful and tailored to you. Would fully recommend as a PT, for myself I had recently had back surgery and his expertise has allowed me to use the gym safely and gain real results. His personality also helps the sessions run smoothly, he’s easy going and relatable but still keeps you in line with your goals and makes you want to stay committed
