This is a great place to work on your stamina, endurance and basic human communication skills :) The trainers are fantastic. It's almost guaranteed that you will always learn something new in the techniques classes, especially with Matt.

Starting my 2024 with something that I would have never even thought of trying in my life. But here I was while my 1year old played with her toys at home, thanks Hubby! My first ever experience in a boxing gym and the class was so powerful. Filler with great skipping, warmup, technique taught by amazingly talented Anyha. I was so surprised by how much energy and strength this sport has. They also had spare gloves for members who were not regular. I found the gym very spacious, clean and filled with a positive vibe. We ended the class with some punches on the bag, pushups and of course, some crazy ab workouts. My arms and core still feel sore, but amazing. I would surely suggest everyone to go around and at least experience this skill once in their lifetime.
