I recently started taking classes at this gym and couldn't be more impressed. The space is spotless and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. All of the trainers are great - they are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and approachable. They also take the time to tailor workouts to individual needs and goals, while making sure you're using the proper form to avoid injury. The bonus I didn't expect is the supportive community of clients; everyone is friendly and encouraging. I'm so glad to have found this place - it's truly a hidden gem!!

I have both worked out and have taught Les Mills group fitness at many of the “big box” gyms. I don’t think I could ever go back after finding Empowered - a true gem! As someone who values privacy and a more personalized workout experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Caitie keeps her gym clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout without the usual crowds or distractions I found at the big gyms. I also love the community vibe here—it’s smaller, but that’s what makes it special. If you’re looking for a gym where you can focus on your fitness in a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, this is it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about Caitie and her private gym! I’ve had the pleasure of both personal training sessions with her and taking her classes, and she is truly a fabulous trainer. She brings the perfect balance of motivation, expertise, and encouragement, pushing me to be my best while ensuring proper form and injury prevention. We are so grateful for the experience and training we have had with Catie and the team at Empowered Lifestyle Training. They really know their stuff yet make it enjoyable to complete. Catie and I are always "jabbing" at each other. She is trying to make me cry and my ego will not have anything to do with it. It is the perfect challenge. My wife does the group training while I do personal training, and she has really enjoyed the staff that does those classes. We look forward to each week and know those that are considering training, this is the perfect place for getting started.
