Shianne was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and thorough in her teaching. She celebrated my successes and, when I made mistakes, she never judged, instead, she patiently showed me the correct techniques and walked me through each step. She genuinely cared for every client, making sure they felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment, even when I was the one leading the service.
