Cool store with lots of vintage, coats, and formalwear. Pretty good jewelry selection (sterling silver, beads, etc). 2 back rooms with 70% off items (you'll want the 70% off, because stuff here is priced pretty high)! I like that this is the only Los Altos Main St secondhand shop that actually has a lot of stuff, unlike most of them which are oddly empty. Many mid tier designer brands, like Salvatore Ferragamo and Stuart Weitzman

So, I just called this place asking about consignment. The guy says they’re really only looking for jewelry or purses unless it’s high end. So I commence to tell him we have St. John, I didn’t get to my other goodies because he says “St. John, used to be high end we don’t get people looking for that except old ladies” I couldn’t keep from laughing because your website has St. John, Max Azria, which is sold in TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshall’s and the likes. Had he not been so rude I could have told him I have Prada, Burberry, Mui Mui and LV, but nah I will definitely pass. Who in this business thinks Max Azria is “high end? Next, time man listen to what a person says before you call yourself being “high end” because I know for a fact you couldn’t be. I definitely wouldn’t consider YOUR attitude “high end”.

Eclectic mix of merchandise. Some vintage and prices fluctuate from reasonable to not so reasonable. Interesting jewelry selection including a $1,000 Tahitian black pearl necklace one wouldn't expect in a consignment store. Overall an interesting place to visit.

seriously I don't know how they can not close this store. They're super picky and I got to say even arrogant. We went there with our handbags, shoes and cloths, they picked only 3 from 20 something and refused our Ugg and Vince shoes--only because it's been worn. Is this still consignment store? They need 3-5 business days to do the pricing, so the next time my wife went there and they returned everything to us. The people there said they only accept Jeans over 200 dollars. My wife said her jeans is definitely over 200 and got in China. Here's the point. They said, one of our ladies here refuse anything from China! WOW. I don't know they refused us because we are asian or some other reason. Btw their rejected UGG and Vince are gladly taken by the other consignment store in Palo Alto.

I only visited this place two or three times. First time the lady at the cashier was nice and seemed in control, but last time I went in, just a week ago, she seemed a little confused, could not do the math and it took her a long time to figure out how to charge me. I felt I needed to guide her about how much each item cost and how to write it down. Eventually she said she would not sell the 2 items to me. The strangest experience I've had in a long time.
