I recently bought a new Bach Strad trumpet and had an excellent experience! I’ve been playing jazz trumpet for many years. When I talked with Joseph, he immediately offered to bring in from around the country 3 of the same model to try.. so I knew they understood what I needed. I highly recommend including them as you explore your music needs.

The central location was perfect, yet the customer service and knowledgeable employees was greater! The employees have a passion for what they are doing here! Nicholas went above and beyond in helping me to understand the instrument I was purchasing, violin, for my daughter. The instrument was not available in store as the last one I had been placed on hold and sold prior to my arrival. Nicholas helped me find an even better instrument online at the kiosk/pc on site and the order was placed and arrived in a few days to their location for an easy pick up. Nicholas also went above and beyond by explaining the instrument instructional use and tuning the instrument. They even had these cute little mini violins and decor, sheet music and so much more.
