Kasia is an amazing teacher!! She really cares about making every class amazing. I am always sore after one of her classes, which is exactly what I was hoping for! I ended up buying a 10 pack so I can pick my favorite classes to attend every week. If you’re debating coming here, definitely go!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Energy Lab Studio is truly the best! Every class I’ve taken has been amazing—from the energy in the room to how well the classes are structured. The instructors are incredible: motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They make every class fun while still pushing you to work hard and get stronger. The owners are some of the best people you’ll ever meet—welcoming, supportive, and clearly invested in building an uplifting community. You can feel the positive vibe the moment you walk in. Even my daughter absolutely loves the dance classes with Ade and has so much fun every time—seeing her excited to go makes it even more special. We’re already looking forward to trying the Mommy & Me class together! If you’re looking for a yoga class or a dance class that will make you sweat your booty off while having the best time, do yourself a favor and come check this place out. You won’t regret it! 💪✨🧘♀️💃

I absolutely loved my first class here! Victoria was such an inspiring, relatable, helpful, and kind teacher. She really kept me smiling through the burn! Who knew 3 and 5lb weights could make for such a good workout? The class was upbeat, fun, offered modifications to skill level, and was never boring. The pace was perfect! The space is clean and beautiful. Scheduling was easy on the MindBody app (first class is free!). Highly recommend if you want a great yoga-based workout with a little hiit and barre-type moves mixed in, that you can do at any skill level!

I attended my first gentle yoga class with Kasia today. The space is very beautiful, clean and welcoming. Kasia's instructions were very easy to follow and the class was fun and kept my interest. She gives hands-on assist options for some of the poses and they are amazing! I felt like I got both a yoga class and a massage in the same hour! I left feeling very relaxed!

Kasia is a phenomenal instructor. I’ve taken many of her classes over the years, and she consistently delivers thoughtful, well-cued flows that are challenging in the best way. Her playlists are always fun and energizing, and she creates a welcoming, motivating environment that makes you want to keep coming back. I’m so excited to see her open this studio and can’t wait to practice here.
