Great experience. I like the Journey 60 class since its in a heated room. I'm newish to yoga so it's challenging when I'm still in the process of learning positions and flows and the elevated heart rate that comes with the combo of the heated environment. Yet I love how cleansing and soothing the experience feels from the sweating.

Before moving to Arizona I regularly practiced bikram yoga in another state. My hope when moving here was that I would find a studio I loved just as much. After trying several studios out I found motto yoga studio. It is by far the cleanest studio I have ever been to here or in any other state. I became a member of this studio almost immediately. The current owners Tanya, Dave and daughter Taryn took over ownership during a difficult time when so many other places were shutting down. They made motto yoga what it is today a community of people that genuinely care about one another and the energy they bring to the studio every day. From each welcoming class to the mango infused cooling towels, their service is beyond AMAZING and life enhancing. If you are looking for a studio as a beginner or a veteran you will always be welcomed with open arms of acceptance and love. This place has gotten me through some tough times and I am so grateful for their kindness, compassion and generosity. Every instructor makes everyone feel welcome and accepted no matter what stage of their yoga journey. If you are looking for a studio do not waste your time with any others. You will be so glad you joined.

I cannot even begin to express how much this studio came to mean to me while living in Arizona. It became my sanctuary, a place where I could come back to my breath, my body and most importantly, to myself. Every class I attended was taught by amazing instructors, who clearly cued and led with confidence while holding space for me to experience my own journey. The heat and humidity are dialed in and you will come to crave the sweet release of a good sweat. I especially loved classes led by Heather D. and Kelli Renee! These two were like my spirit animals of yoga instructors. And can we talk about Dave, one of the owners? The nicest guy! Always remembered my name and greeted me with a big smile. Hats off to you and your family, Dave, for creating this little yoga haven in the desert. I’m back in Colorado now, and Motto yoga will be one of the first places I head to when I come back for a visit.
