I don’t usually write bad reviews anywhere, but this experience was honestly a rob of our money, so I felt the need to provide feedback. We did the “Invisible eyes” room. I understand that this was supposed to be an “immersive” experience, and I give credit to the fact that the room was one of the easier ones, however to think that the entire experience basically had one puzzle is pointless for the money we paid. 80% of the 30 minutes was watching some sort of AI clip and voiceover. The worst part was the fact that the only puzzle the room had was broken. I understand that malfunctions happen, but we were originally supposed to do another room, which last minute they told us is not available. We were not even given the option for a refund, and the only availability was this room. It was also kind of upsetting that the locker wouldn’t open… With all of the malfunctions, and how horrible the invisible eyes experience was, we honestly expected a refund. The original room we wanted became available AFTER we finished invisible eyes, and they offered it to us for 15% off. But honestly, for how horrible this experience was, 15% is nothing…

My friend and I did the ‘Invisible Eyes’ room at this location and let me tell you, worst escape room I’ve ever done, DO NOT waste your money. This room is advertised as “immersive.” if lots of flashing lights, only one puzzle, awful storyline and terrible AI dialogue is your idea of immersive then they did a fantastic job! Will never be returning to this franchise and will warn other not to go

This is the best Christmas escape room you can visit. Invisible eyes is recommended for beginners and for sure will make your detective side comes to the actual experience.
