I had a great experience with this tax firm. Extremely warm and professional from the get go. My initial consultation was with Colt Davis. He greeted me as if he'd known me for years. He listened to my situation and offered straight-forward, unbiased, and honests advise. He did some research and consulted with his collegues before calling me back. Did not ask for money upfront or anything like that. I definitely recommend Colt and his organization for any tax related issues.

I know this may sound clichéd, but I never write reviews, but this one was a no-brainer - if it helps someone else make the best choice for their tax needs! I called Colt Davis after seeing him appear on my Google search results page. We had an IRS debt of over 150k from years ago. I was looking for tax advice because we were trying to file for her citizenship. Colt went out of his way to help us with information we didn’t even know existed. Furthermore, he expedited a call to the IRS for us during our initial call, despite not being on retainer. By the end of the call, he delivered more than we expected! We ended with zero debt with the IRS!! Colt didn’t charge us for anything; he just has this voracious appetite for helping people, and in our case, took an objective standard of reasonableness. Ginni Rometty said, “Your value will be not what you know. It'll be what you share.” We can’t thank you enough Mr. Davis. Hopefully, this review will help someone else in need.

Highly recommend this group - especially Colt Davis. I inquired with them about a tax audit issue and was connected with Colt. He is so nice, professional, knowledgeable, relatable and helpful. He is a valuable resource especially when you are struggling with anything tax related. He made me feel understood, seen and let me know I can reach out to him if I needed anything at all. In February 2025, I attempted to electronically file my tax return, but it was rejected due to someone else having already used my grandson’s Social Security number. As his legal guardian, I mailed a paper return in May 2025, including my Texas Driver’s License, my grandson’s Texas ID, and our guardianship documents for verification. Despite repeated attempts to confirm receipt with the IRS, I was unable to obtain any updates or clarity on the status of my return. After months of frustration, I connected with Colt Davis, Attorney at Law, whose assistance was both timely and invaluable. His knowledge of IRS procedures and guidance led me to a more proactive avenue for resolution. I am truly grateful for his support and professionalism.
