Envoy is a top-notch organization to deal with. They are professional, competent, genuinely caring, and more than helpful. My wife used to take care of all of our finances, and when she passed, I was clueless about things like housing allowances. James and Lani not only answered all of my questions, within an hour my request for my housing allowance had been successfully completed and submitted.

I have had little contact with Envoy since my account was initiated by my employer many years ago. Now, as a retiree, I have found it necessary to close an account and use the money for home repairs. Their associate, Dave, was cordial, helpful, and administrated the transaction quickly and with great patience and skill. Isn't this how business should always be conducted, (yet so rare these days.) I appreciate the professional and kind care and service I received from Dave.
