My Deluxe pedicure was just okay and my gel manicure lacked the attention to detail and professional look I'd expect for this price and salon. Not shiny, and several noticeable flaws - meh at best. Also, if you're looking for a salon with sterile tools, look elsewhere.

While I appreciate the owners attempt to “chronicle” the timeline of my experience at the salon, this does not in ANY Way change the fact that there was no communication from his front desk staff. They were BOTH unhelpful, unwelcoming, and it took less than 6 minutes for us to recognize that we were NOT going to spend over $180 to feel unwelcome. FYI-Your wife did not communicate anything about delays. I would also ask you to refrain from sending me an UNSOLICITED text asking me to take down my review. Having my phone number is a privilege only for appt courtesy and does not entitle you to harass or bully me into taking down my review. You likewise should never have contacted my daughter multiple times asking for removal of her review. My suggestion would be for you to get your “house” in order and train your front desk staff to be kind, helpful and extending of the hospitality needed when getting an intimate service like nails done. Cease and desist or I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as well as Google Legal. I would give them a zero star if that was an option! The two women at the front desk were extremely unfriendly and rude. It was my first visit to this salon; not at all welcoming or helpful. I made the decision to leave and therefore received no service at Envy Nail Spa, and honestly, that says everything! Why pay premium price sub -par service. Although I pre-scheduled an appointment, I sat there and waited without anyone explaining a reason for the delay. I was told I’d be seeing a different nail technician than the one I specifically booked. There was no transparency, no apology, and no effort to accommodate what I originally scheduled. If you’re going to run an appointment-based business, basic professionalism matters—honoring scheduled times and respecting client preferences should be the bare minimum. I chose to leave rather than proceed, and I won’t be returning. Plenty of other salons value their clients’ time and bookings.
