Every artist I have ever seen at Illustrated has been the most incredible and educated nail tech I frankly have ever been to. Specifically the owner Antoinette is simply incredible not only in the way that she does nails but also in how she treats others and runs her business. She genuinely cares about each person that walks through the door and she radiates that same energy through the rest of her staff. This salon is very up to date in being trained and using safe nail practices; everything is always so clean and well maintained. I have been at this salon for almost a year now and will keep coming back without a doubt. I get to keep my beautifully healthy natural nails and visit every 4-5 weeks (and with no chips even tho I am ROUGH on my nails) instead of going every 2 weeks to get acrylics that were destroying my nails and literally painful. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is and would recommend it to ANYONE it is beyond worth the money!

I went to Illustrated right before my wedding for a pedicure and GelX extensions. I really enjoyed the experience and loved the results! The salon was clean and very trendy. I have recommended it to many people!

This is one place I literally look forward to coming to every 3-4 weeks! I’ve seen Tara, Alexa, and Olivia and leave with the best manicures and nail art of my life every time. They are so friendly and so willing to accommodate every request, and not to mention, TALENTED! The customer service at the front end is always top tier as well. Cannot recommend enough :)

I'm officially a Russian Manicure convert. I feel like my cuticles are soo healthy now, I seriously haven't had a single hangnail since I started seeing Antoinette and Tara earlier this year. Illustrated Nails can do it all with designs as well! I come in with a photo for inspiration and they just make it happen. I picked Illustrated Nails not only because they're one of the few places in Pittsburgh that do this style of manicure, but also because they maintain a high level of sterilization and care for your nails. I always feel like my nail health is safe when I go (super important to me), and love that they use non-toxic ingredients in the salon. Thank you for the dopamine hit every time I look at my manicures - this is THE place to go!

Literally the coolest and best nails I have ever had! Watching Antoinette work was truly watching an artist at their craft-I was amazed! The overall vibe of the salon was very welcoming and comfortable and they had some really cool stuff for sale too! I've had these for two days and have already gotten a lot of gasps from people saying "LET ME SEE YOUR NAILS" lol 10/10!!
