I have a 10 year old laptop and had a longshot , not realistic attempt at salvaging it which turned out to be a "black swan" rescue, thanks to COMPUTERS PLUS repair shop. The crew is humble and very competent.The repair price was low and fix time quick. The high positive ratings on the internet is how I targeted them. That is legit. I have used a Westside shop for years and also have a long term online software repair subscription with another service provider. This fix involved software issues and a hardware concern was anticipated, but avoided. They also have Integrity . In summary, this shop is elite. They are fast working, experienced, reasonable in pricing, and they reach out frequently to provide status updates. It was very satisfying working with them.10/2025.
These guys saved my life! When I tried to open by 1TB external hard-drive last week it was corrupted. Everything, gone. I found these guys online and based on their ratings I gave them a shot. I brought my laptop here based off all the Great reviews. You should do the same! I took my almost 10 year old Lenovo yoga laptop in for a few issues. It was super loud and and my battery didnt last but 20 minutes without needing a charger. I felt like it would poop out any second. I took it in, they cleaned out my fan which was likely very dirty and the noise issue was resolved. They also recommended a new battery as per their education, batteries eventually poop out. They gave me a cost and asked if I wanted it replaced before they ordered and replaced it. They verified the battery was in good working condition before letting me know it was ready. They also recommended I update from windows 10to 11 which they also asked about before doing anything. They were clear in their communication and kept me updated with what was found, and what their recommendations were. I got home and had a couple mouse pad and audio/microphone issues. (You get a warranty). So I called them and they helped me troubleshoot the issues. I feel like I have a new laptop. 10/10 recommend bringing your laptop here!
