On 10/12/25 I had an event which required two buses and two different locations for my group. One group was heading to Napa in which Derrick was the driver and the other was in San Francisco in which Calvin was the driver. Group feedback, both drivers were very skilled, interactive with group and above all very professional! I enjoyed working with Epic Limousine Services and will be back again. We had the pleasure of being safely driven around to our wine tastings in an awesome stretch limo that was equipped with a great bluetooth sound system, colorful lighting for the perfect party vibe, much needed AC during 100 degree weather and really comfy seats that fit all ten of our guests very well! Our driver, Joe, was pleasant from the second he arrived to pick us up. He was punctual, reliable, responsive, and super friendly! Will 1000% be using Epic Limo’s services again in the future! I can not recommend Epic enough!!! As a travel agent, I am always looking for exceptional service to share with my guests. We contacted Epic to help us transport a group to the cruise terminal in San Francisco. I was given a quote that included roundtrip transportation to and from the port. We booked several months in advance to ensure we had our transportation covered and the communication was very clear and consistent throughout the process. Prior to our dates of travel I received a confirmation email with a photo of our drivers. The day of service our driver (Melvin 5++++ Stars) arrived on time and was professional, quick and helpful as we loaded up probably 20 suitcases. He was kind, friendly and provided exceptional service for an early Monday morning pickup. We did request for him to pick us back up for our return trip because of the service he provided. On both days prior to our pick up we received a text advising us that our driver was on the way. Once again clear and precise communication was given throughout our entire process. I will definitely be using this service again and will recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of transportation service in the Bay Area.
