Epics Photobook was such a fun add-on to our wedding and a total joy to work with. From the start, everything was easy and smooth - great communication, super organized, and they made setup/flow feel effortless on the day. But what really made them stand out was how above-and-beyond they were with the experience. They jumped right in on the fun and even went out of their way to take a photo with our cat totems, which had us laughing so hard. The photos turned out awesome, our guests loved it, and we ended up with a bunch of hilarious keepsakes. If you’re thinking about a photobooth, I highly recommend Epics Photobook - they were professional, upbeat, and genuinely helped make our night even better.
Epics was our hero! We booked them a week before our wedding when we got notified our original vendor had to cancel last minute and they were an absolute joy to work with. Christian and Sarah were super friendly and walked guests through what to do at the photo booth. The printed photo quality is amazing and I loved that they sent the entire gallery via email after the wedding! It was fun to see everyone's photos. There are a lot of customizations too - the backdrop, the words and design on the photos and the layout! We would highly recommend them!!!
We reached out to Epic’s Photo Booth at the very last minute for our company holiday party, and they absolutely blew us away! Not only did they respond almost immediately, but they were genuinely excited to step in and set up their booth on such short notice. From start to finish, the customer experience was seamless. Christian and Sarah were incredible to work with—professional, friendly, and so detail-oriented. They offered an amazing variety of backdrops to choose from, and the personalized touch of incorporating the fonts and graphics from our invitation made the experience even more special. This was such a pleasant experience for us at our Christmas party. I've done a few of these, but this is probably the best by far. Plus it was sent to my phone as soon as I was done. The props that were available were plentiful and fun. The space was utilized appropriately. We had a great time!
Christian and Sarah were amazing! They were super responsive and helpful. The whole process was simple and straight forward. They were super helpful the day of our my grandma's party and went through the (very simple) directions. They had great props and the back drop was a perfect choice for the party. Within 24 hours, I had a link to the events pictures, which I was grateful of since I forgot to send the picture/link to my email the day of.
