Such a relaxed environment. It was our toddlers first time doing photos and they were so patient and directed us to get the best photos of our family. Cannot wait to do our family photo again soon.

They are good photographers, but when I called for a new appointment they said you can just walk in with no appointment. So the next day (Wednesday) I walk in as instructed. Well, as it turns out, they are not open Wednesday unless you have an appointment. I am not a mind reader, and you would think that by calling in advance I would be told what to do by the owner. I drove 25 minutes to get there and had to go to another location that actually was open instead. That sort of inconsideration is not acceptable.

The best photographers, reasonably priced, and so good with babies! He’s done my 7 month old baby photos a few times and he makes her smile every time, even when she’s cranky. We will always come back!

This place was just outstanding! We needed passport photos in a hurry. We received friendly treatment, excellent photos, and a fair price, all within 20 minutes. There are many bad passport photo options in Reno. (Don't go to the UPS Store!) This is the best we have found so far. You will be glad you trusted Magic Touch with your passport photos, and happy to meet the friendly, professional people who work there.
