called to see if they had the item i wanted in stock in the store. Layla answered and checked the back, then confirmed with her manager it was the right item. when i got to the store she knew what i wanted already and grabbed it. Amazing service. Layla is an all star.🤝

They have a beautiful curated collection of furniture and accessories! Staff are always super friendly and attentive! I usually get my household stuff from them. Got these cute vases today which were 70% off! Such a great deal.

I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend their service! I loved the flexibility and quality of the products—they made it possible for me to create a custom-made sofa that fits perfectly in my living room and comes in the exact colour I wanted. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Etienne. Fantastic service at this location! Keven was a great help when selecting a sofa, very knowledgeable about the fabric choices and provided timely updates on the order process. My Cello sofa arrived today and I'm very happy with it. The sofa was completed earlier than I expected and delivered in good condition. 5 stars!

I have been really pleased with both the service and the furniture purchased at EQ3 Griffintown. Keven Jobin has been amazing - very willing to let my husband and I take our time and showed up loads of options. Keven offered smart and practical design suggestions which helped our decision-making. The cello bed in leather is exactly what we wanted and looks great. Very comfortable to sit and read a book. Also super comfortable for sleeping. We love the Eames chair upholstered in cream leather which looks great on our white oak flooring. It’s everyone’s favourite chair to sit in. The sofa and other items we purchased have all been excellent quality and delivered in perfect condition.
