I'm slightly embarrassed to admit I went into the store everyday for 2 weeks trying to decide which couch to order. I sat in nearly every seat available, constantly debated fabric swatches and not for a moment did I feel unwelcome! The staff at EQ3 were so helpful and Katy was a shining star! She had alerted me to an upcoming sale and worked with me in the days leading up to the sale to really feel confident about my decision. I am so grateful for her guidance, patience and genuine interest in helping me make the best choice. Highly recommend!

I was at EQ3 today shopping for some furniture. We had the best service and experience from a sales lady named Lara, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She was able to help us design our living space with different pieces. She deserves the full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This shop is absolutely exceptional — the quality is outstanding, and the designs are modern, stylish, and beautifully curated. The customer service is truly next level. I had the pleasure of working with Lara, and her assistance was beyond incredible. She made the entire experience feel personalized, almost like having a private interior designer guiding me to find the perfect pieces for my space. Her eye for design is impeccable, and her professionalism and dedication made all the difference. Lara is genuinely amazing, and I couldn’t recommend this shop more highly.
