I had been an Equinox member for over six years in Los Angeles and recently switched from Lifetime after moving to Plano and regretted immediately. Switched to Equinix plano and this location is incredibly clean — honestly it is probably the cleanest gym I’ve ever trained at — which makes a huge difference in the experience. Jeff, who did my assessment, is fantastic. I booked my complimentary session with him as he is very knowledgeable and made me excited to continue working with him. The only reason I debated between 4 and 5 stars is the equipment selection. For example, there aren’t many options for lateral shoulder raises and a few other lifting staples. They definitely have space to expand, and adding more strength-training equipment would make it perfect for those focused on lifting or bodybuilding, not just classes. Overall, still a great experience so far compared to Lifetime and happy to be here.

Great gym, been here for just about a year. The entire gym is always super clean, the staff is friendly and the equipment is solid. I can always count on getting in a great workout.

Loving Equinox Plano so much! I went from zero gym membership to Equinox because…go big or go home? I am loving the group classes, friendliness of the instructors, and the cleanliness & niceness of it all is👨🏻‍🍳💋. As a novice to fitness, but with a willingness to jump in and try everything, this has been a life changing choice. I look forward to coming every day/week and it’s just been great.

Highly recommend that you schedule a massage with “Sham” at Equinox (Plano). He’s extremely professional, it’s a calming environment and Sham is in tune with your physical needs. I recently had Total Knee Replacement surgery; Sham has been amazing with his medical massage for this specific leg. Grateful for our membership at Equinox for the past 1.5 years. One of the best decisions we’ve (my wife and I) made! #medicalmassage

Phenomenal facility with a great staff. There are 4 levels (including the outdoor rooftop Playground) all of which are really well maintained. The gym is never overcrowded, so waiting on equipment isn't much of an issue even during peak hours. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs, plenty of barbells plus a couple trap / hex bars, powerlifting platforms, squat racks, smith machine, a variety of benches, 2-lane indoor pool that almost always has at least 1 lane open, several studios, tons of classes, really clean locker rooms with towel service, and more. Highly recommended.
