I love the amenities and it’s very clean. I always see the staff cleaning and restocking. Love the classes, my fave are the Sculpt ones. The instructors are professional and know what they’re doing. I also love that they don’t charge for late cancellations - this is key for me and my schedule. The gym itself is a bit tight and can be busy during peak hours, it would be nice if there was more equipment and space. And I wish they had Dyson hair dryers in the locker room!

Equinox truly offers the best environment for training—beautiful, aesthetic, and always uplifting. The atmosphere is exceptional, and every staff member is friendly, supportive, and committed to helping you feel your best. My personal experience has been with my trainer, Amir Rostami, and I can confidently say he is the best trainer I’ve ever had. Amir is highly knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly well-trained. He tailored every session to my specific needs, focusing on my areas of weakness and helping me significantly improve my strength and mobility. I recently took a Sport class at F45, and it was worth the sweat and time. The Coaches were incredibly supportive and the workout are well-designed. I enjoyed all the strength stations, that felt both challenging and fun. Every station pushed me to move with power and agility, but the timing and format made it accessible even if you’re not a seasoned athlete. I loved the team-style atmosphere; it really does feel like training with a squad rather than working out solo.

The best part about going to equinox you do not need to bring anything from home. All you need to bring is yourself because they have all the products that you need and very welcoming staff and unlimited classes that you can join. The best part is I like when having classes in the afternoon. That way I don't have to worry about after work rush. If you are looking for a gym, go to equinox they are the best

I am obsessed with this place. I go seven days a week. It is my second home. Customer service goes the extra mile, instructors are amazing, the process of booking for a class spot seamless through its app (if you really want to get in, just set your alarm so you can book your spot once booking opens up. Simple!) Plus, unlike other clubs/studios, equinox do not charge for last minute cancellations or no show like other clubs/studios. It hones the discipline of showing up by reinforcing "strikes" should you fail to cancel booking within a reasonable time. The lounge, steam room, sauna, showers, locker room, always clean and with an attendant present should you need assistance. And, for times when you need a space for your workout (yoga, barre, weights), there is definitely a space that you can use. All in all, I would say, that Equinox stays true to its claim: It's not fitness. It's a lifestyle.
