I love the gym and it’s team. Thomas my superduper personal trainer has been great in pushing my limits and reaching my goals. And the gym team, especially Martin and Zoom are always super friendly and helpful every time I need something from them.🙌🤩🙌
I've been going here for a year. Pros: + One of the cheapest gyms (if you don't get the private trainers here) + 5 squat racks, 1 trap bar + Lots of standard machines + Equipment does occasionally get fixed or replaced. Cons: - Private trainers rates are a ripoff - 150% or more compared to other places. - Tetanus dispencers (hella rusty boxes) are often out of alcohol wipes - Annual "cleaning fee" is literal - they only clean once per year - Absolute filthyest place - floors NEVER mopped, mirrors cleaned once per month, etc., - If equipment or lockers are broken, it will take 3 month to get it fixed - Freezing cold in winter as they open doors for ventilation. Sweat Lodge in the summer when it's busy.
They need to implement signing up for time slots at peak times like they did at some gyms during COVID. It's impossible to get a workout in this gym at peak hours (5-7pm on weekdays after work). None of the machines I want to use are free and when I do hop on a machine someone's constantly asking you how many more sets or they're standing around watching you until you finish. It shouldn't be that hard to manage crowds through the app but these guys actually don't wanna bother. They only care about maximizing membership rates.
This is by far one of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to. The place is constantly overcrowded. No matter what time you come, you can never find any equipment available. You end up wasting most of your workout just waiting around. Completely unacceptable for a gym that charges premium prices. There is zero sense of safety. No proper supervision, no organization, and no concern for members using equipment correctly. It honestly feels chaotic and poorly managed. The only thing the staff seems to care about is selling personal training. They aggressively push personal trainers on you, even when you clearly say you’re not interested. Instead of improving the gym or fixing real problems, they focus entirely on upselling. On top of all that, today I found out they charged me a $60 maintenance fee that I never agreed to and was never clearly disclosed. I only signed up to use the gym for two days, and suddenly I’m being forced to pay an extra fee that was never mentioned. This feels dishonest and borderline scammy. Overall, terrible management, misleading charges, unsafe environment, and zero respect for members. I do not recommend this gym to anyone.
We wanted to test how this gym works, so we registered for a premium membership. They told us that since my sister is 16 years old, she must have a private instructor, which cost us $200 upfront. We planned to see if the gym was good before committing long-term, but it turned out to be almost impossible to cancel the subscription. We registered two months ago, and every two weeks $30 was deducted. When we realized the classes were not good, they said we had to pay another $30 just to switch to a cheaper, gym-only plan — we were forced to pay that too. Then we noticed the same $30 charges kept coming, and when we called, they said we’d have to wait another month (two more payments = $60) before the new plan would apply. Finally, while waiting for the change, we were also charged an unexpected $62 “yearly maintenance fee” — something no one told us about at registration. In total, we ended up paying over $380 just for trying to test the gym for two months! Overall, this gym feels misleading, overpriced, and extremely hard to cancel. If you’re not 100% sure about your plan, do not register here, even for a short trial — it’s just not worth it.
