I am very satisfied with the Feasibility Study performed by Ergo Architecture. The work product demonstrated a high yield best use of the property, and the study also resolved several potential issues that I though might limit its best use. Steve and Elizabeth were engaging, very accommodating to questions and concerns, and I thought their technical knowledge clearly conveyed the property's best use in a code-heavy part of town. I think this study adds quite a bit of value to the property both to its present owners, as we know what is possible now, as well as any prospective future owner.
