I personally loved how I was treated at Eric palacios & associates, I would recommend them highly they help me for a first timer in my situation where I was involved in back to back car crashes in the same week. Every step of the way was shown to me and I felt like I was seen a not just another case to them. This is why I am writing this I wish hope to there’s going through the same problem as me. My mom was turned away by 2 other immigration attorneys saying her situation couldn't be fixed. The problem was that they said they couldn't find a copy of her old tourist visa to try and get her permanent residency. She was ready to give up. I am not one to follow the hype or overly advertised things, but I am so incredibly happy that I reached out to this office and BEYOND grateful that they were able to help us and fix my mom's situation. I recommend this office to everyone because they actually care and put in the work.

My husband & I used the services of Eric Palacios & associates for our recent immigration case & the service we received was exceptional. Michael & Dora initially assisted me with my advanced parole case took the time to meet with us, explain everything we would need & maintained an open line of communication thoughtout the entire process. When going through my residency process, again the service was exceptional and quick. They communicated with me in regards to any letters or updates they received.
