Erica came highly recommended, and from the very start, it was clear why she has earned her reputation. To say she made our dream wedding a reality does not even begin to cover it - it far exceeded our expectations. We were anticipating that our wedding day would be one of the best days of our lives, but thanks to Erica and her team’s hard work, it truly was the best day of our lives. Erica is highly organized, professional, and managed to make us feel comfortable and relaxed during an otherwise stressful process. She made what seemed insurmountable achievable, realistic, and even fun. Erica is easy to work with and always made us feel like a priority at every step of the planning process. Her attention to detail is unmatched - from helping us design our floral arrangements based on a single, lackluster “inspo” picture to bringing a pair of scissors to trim the bride’s (ripped) wedding dress throughout the evening, she truly thinks of everything. Erica kept things running smoothly at every stage. On our wedding day, we were able to enjoy every moment without worry as we knew Erica, Cara, and Farhan had it covered. We are also very happy with the vendors Erica recommended, and again, they exceeded all our expectations. It is clear she has meaningful relationships with those in the industry, including the vendors we worked with and our venue. From the moment we secured our venue and date, Erica was the very first vendor we booked. Erica was the wedding planner for my cousin-in-law’s wedding, and when my husband and I saw her at work at that event, we knew we wanted to book her for our own wedding. I have a background in event planning, which means my standards are high and my attention to detail can be exacting. The decision to book with her ultimately shaped the success of our wedding day. I came into the planning process with a very specific, off-beat, and admittedly challenging vision. In rentals alone (chairs, tables, linens, bars, flatware, glassware, etc.), we booked seven vendors, including some from Montreal, to achieve the look we wanted. Erica is the only person I could have imagined working with, and the only person I trusted to pull everything off. No matter how complex or granular I wanted to be (our place settings included embroidered napkins as place cards with charger plates custom-made in Sicily and shipped to Canada), she met every conversation with calm, clarity, and confidence. She helped us plan every detail down to the minute, so that on the wedding day itself, the execution of all my outlandish details felt effortless. And it truly was seamless. What sets Erica apart is her ability to both listen deeply and lead decisively. She thought of things I hadn’t considered, offered invaluable feedback on vendors, and made thoughtful recommendations that elevated the entire experience. When I needed reassurance, she encouraged me to go for it and trust my gut. When I needed grounding and reminders, she provided both—always with impeccable judgment. Our wedding day would not have been the flawless, joyful experience it was without Erica, Cara, and Farhan’s exceptional work. I am eternally grateful for their care, precision, and professionalism. Our wedding was in the summer of 2025, and simply put, our dream wedding would not have happened without Erica. The title of Wedding Planner does not do justice to her knowledge, talent, and her ability to create a bespoke experience for each of her couples. We decided early on that we needed a planner because of the size of the wedding (180+ guests including children), because we don’t live in the Ottawa area, a blending of two cultures, and the fact it was a two-day event. We interviewed a few other planners, and from the first meeting it was clear Erica was by far, head and shoulders above the rest! From the initial planning stages of venue selection, ceremony and banquet planning, Erica skillfully guided us through what would have been an undeniably overwhelming process. She is phenomenally well-connected and knows all of the right decor companies, DJ’s, bakers, etc. We were consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of who she recommended. Having done multiple weddings at Fairmont Montebello, she was familiar with all of the intricacies of the venue, and helped prevent issues before they cropped up. If you need any convincing on how respected and sought after Erica is - we had a tasting several months prior to our wedding at Montebello, and Erica was the only wedding planner from the region invited to attend. Erica kept us on track, ensured we met planning and payment deadlines, all while thoughtfully considering each and every aspect of the wedding. For our actual wedding weekend, her and her phenomenal team facilitated the days masterfully, while allowing us to really enjoy our wedding! It was a truly magical weekend, and it could not have happened in the perfect way it did without Erica! My partner and I honestly feel that Erica sets the bar in terms of wedding planners, and we feel so, so lucky to have had her as part of our special day :)
Where do I even begin? Erica planned my brother and sister-in-law’s wedding about three years ago, and I still remember telling her at the end of the night (after a few drinks) that when it was my turn, I’d be calling her. Keeping that promise turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Since I have some event planning experience myself, I chose Erica’s partial planning service, and it was the perfect fit. We met with her virtually three times throughout the year, as well as in person at our menu tasting/finalization meeting. From the start, Erica’s attention to detail was incredible. Her platform, Aisle Planner, became my go-to checklist. Everything I needed to do was clearly laid out, and it kept me on track. It truly felt like having a wedding planning best friend in my pocket. On top of that, Erica’s knowledge of the industry and her connections are truly unmatched. She always knew exactly who to recommend, what to prioritize, and how to make everything come together seamlessly. On the big day, Erica and her amazing team, Farhan and Cara, were absolute rockstars. Thanks to them, Brad and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was under control. Farhan even sewed up my dress bustle when it came undone, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. I can’t recommend Erica and her team enough. She’s already planned weddings for half our family friend group, and it’s easy to see why. We love you!!💕 💌 🥂🕊️
