Very pleasant experience with the manager ( Nuala I think) . I was collecting my earrings that had been sent for repair. She was just so nice, taking time to check them . I ended up buying another item .

As soon as I walked into the shop Charlotte approached me with a friendly smile which immediately made me feel welcome. She was so patient taking the time to help me choose and I didn't feel pushed into buying. Wonderful experience and left with the perfect ring.

We visited Ernest Jones in Belfast on Friday the 13th and had a fantastic experience. A young, dark-haired supervisor (we didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were just doing a first browse for wedding rings and talking about wedding gifts, and she couldn’t have been nicer. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She also mentioned the option of engraving both the rings to add that extra special touch to our big day, which we loved. She even complimented my engagement ring and let us know that they offer valuations—something we’ve been actively looking for. Highly recommend this young lady—her service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back to purchase closer to the wedding!

We had the most amazing experience in the Belfast store today with Ebony helping us to find our wedding rings. She helped us decide on the most perfect rings by taking so much time to go through everything with us and had so much knowledge on every aspect of what we seen. Ebony made our experience so enjoyable and special. Could not have asked for a better girl to help us on this special occasion. 5 stars just isn’t enough to sum this girl up ❤️.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Ernest Jones. Michael and Michelle were fantastic in helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring, and yesterday my fiancé proposed in the shop. All staff were involved in making this special moment happen, we got champagne, flowers, and a beautiful card. We can't thank the staff enough for being so attentive, and helpful, they really went out of their way to make this an unforgettable day. The staff also recorded our proposal for us, and took incredible photos. The ring is absolutely stunning, I am not usually a jewellery kind of girl, but this is gorgeous, and I love it so much! I couldn't rate them any more highly, and I wouldn't recommend people to go anywhere else other than Ernest Jones!
