Me and my fiancé purchased our engagement ring here and everything was first class from the reception to the delivery of the ring. Michael who is one of the owners helped us and explained all about diamonds and the 4Cs. He also showed us of rings in a range of prices and allowed us to make our mind up. There was no pressure or hard sell at all. The shop is beautiful and all the staff make you feel so welcome. When I informed them I was taking the ring abroad to propose they provided me with an appropriate travel sized ring box. So pleased we made the decision to go with Gardiners.
