We debated not having an agent as we were buying a new build, but I'm so glad that we decided to go with Ernesto. While he oversees his large team, he always responded to us in a timely manner, provided us with vendor recommendations, and was able to help us with demands during the work hours when we were unavailable. Ernesto Osuna, Actually did wonders, I had NEVER Sold a House on the Market before, all these CASH offers pouring in by mail and TV commercials ETC seems complicated, (all those so-called CASH offers we're a scam to get my house half price) It was complicated for me a lot of money at stake, So I chose to trust the Man that came highly Recommended to navigate me through the process, Ernesto Osuna, Hispanics makeup the bulk Of the buyers in Kern county now, so him being Hispanic, fluent in Spanish and also accent free in English highly skilled & educated in the realtor field, In the 90 days I was with Him More than half the time my house was in escrow to be sold the first buyer, could not close due to finances, so right back on the market I went concerned but Not worried within 10 days I was back in escrow with a new buyer getting my full asking price!
