Alfonso Valero has been amazing to work with since the very beginning (we started working together in beginning of September 2025). He was very attentive to what my family and I were looking for in a house. This was my first time going through the whole home buying process officially. Alfonso didn't rush me or try to recommend anything way out of my budget or needs, which I appreciated so much. He made himself available any time if I had any questions or concerns. My wife and I have found our dream home thanks to Deanna Ankersmit at Ryan Dobbs Realty! She had assisted us in the process of selling our previous home and was so attentive to our needs. I just wanna say Jose Arellano was the absolute best realtor to work with. He was able to help my partner and I find an amazing house within just 2 weeks talking and then 3 weeks waiting to finalize everything. He had patience for me and my 100 questions from the very beginning, which is why I decided to go with him. He has went so above and beyond for us, he got our landlord to let us go a month before our lease ended and he has just been amazing. It’s the perfect house for our family of 5. After we finished signing yesterday and got our keys, I immediately put our first item in the house. I chose a plant. ☺️ He will definitely be invited to our first bbq at the new house!!!
