I wish I could give zero star. Even when you schedule the appointment ahead of time, they will always find an excuse to say that the trainer is not available. Both my personal training AND complementary stretch session got canceled like that. And they never rescheduled my stretch session and the person who I was supposed to have the session with is not replying to my message ever since. Why did you make an appointment if the trainer is not available? I then asked to cancel my personal training, and they said they'll give me a call within 24 hours. I asked for the manager's number and gave him a call, and he said he'll submit a ticket to the personal training team but didn't even ask my name and/or contact until I asked if he needs them. I'll update on the progress of getting my personal training canceled and eventually my membership canceled since I am really frustrated with how they deal with the members.

I have had no issues being here until today, I am doing back extensions and then a guy in yellow (an employee) is vacuuming the floor in front of me as I am doing my back extension and my face is 5 inches from his vacuum tube. This is incredibly rude and I just left the gym after that. It is not hard to give people space to workout. I completely understand you need to vacuum but you can choose other empty places when someone is not occupying the space. Especially in the middle of my set.

Horrible customer service they have bunch of fools in the front I was a member of the Preston location and they didn’t let me in instead ask for a fee for changing the location it’s the same gym. Never again will not recommend it.

Love the space! I came from LA fitness where it was mostly broken equipment. I like the newer equipment here and the sauna.

I joined the location on 15th Street EoS before the gym opened. The equipment is good, when it's out of service they are quick to repair. The cold plunge still isn't "cold." My only recommendation to the public; DO NOT get a personal training program. They will not honor your program if a set trainer leaves. They basically forget about you while they are still collecting payment on training. You will LOSE money on this. You can email and ask about getting with a new trainer, they will schedule you to just cancel the sessions. I canceled the training at 3 months because that is the minimum they will allow you in order to cancel. All this while having available sessions still not rendered. Bad practice all over the gym community on this but mostly on EoS for ghosting me.
