This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. I can’t get consistent scheduling from the stretch team and when I try to cancel I was told no we have to charge you for set amount of weeks first. I have about 15 unused sessions already and I have to keep paying for more? Because the communication on scheduling is nonexistent. I even spoke to the gym manager, Rodney, and basically told me other than the stretch manager I can try using the website and fill out a cancel request. Seriously?! He doesn’t have the ability to do it? This is after a host of other issues and I’ve been here right at 2 months. I understand it’s a new location, but they don’t have systems in place for issues? Gym looks nice with nice equipment, but the equipment is broke a lot or doesn’t work as advertised, so in my opinion it’s not worth all the other issues it has.

Checked out Eōs Fitness on a whim while looking for a new a gym to join. All Eōs locations are awesome: clean, friendly staff, and great equipment and ample workout spaces. This location is my favourite by far! Spacious and clean! I consider this the best gym experience by far and for the price it blows its competitors out of the water!

Truly amazing facility. I’ve been going to a gym, almost daily, for over 30 years and I’ve never seen anything like Eos. They’ve thought of everything and then some. A friend told me they had some equipment he’d never seen before, it was an understatement. They have a lot of equipment I didn’t even know existed. Their is AI training equipment, in addition to personal training they have a professional stretching area called “The Tank”, a cinema, an dedicated area to set up tripods and exercise, probably 16 massage chairs, the list goes on. The staff is very helpful as I’ve had to ask how some of the equipment worked and if they didn’t know they found out. For those in need, there is a nursery. And Eos is competitively priced. If you’ve been working out at any of the gyms in the area you owe it to yourself to try Eos on a free 7 day pass, no credit card necessary. Just amazing place to exercise.

My Eos Metroplex Tour continued today with a visit to the 15th Street location in Plano. This is another top notch, Eos location with all of the equipment I need and want. I was very excited to get a chance to try out the Skelcore Linear Back Row because it is broken at the Frisco location. This machine definitely lived up to the hype and deserves to be included in the lineup at any and every Eos location. They also had a very fancy looking plate loaded squat press that I have never seen outside of a 24 Hour Fitness. The only thing that was a negative was the lack of door hooks on the women's bathroom stall doors. I think most people would prefer not to have to put anything like a backpack, purse, coat, etc. on the floor of a public restroom. Keep up the great work Eos! Can't wait to visit another new location!

So far absolutely loving the new location! Alycea (Ah*lee*see*uh> hope I spelled it right) is also the GOAT! Y'all take care of her! Anywho, massive location with ALOT of room and ALOT of equipment. In love so far. Everything from the sauna, to the cinema, to the Rec room, to Alyceas awesome attitude. Keep this place clean and rocking and I'll be here daily. Much love Kaine 💪
