EOS Fitness in Port Saint Lucie – Tradition has helped me finally realize my fitness goals. This gym truly has everything you need, no matter your level or motivation for the day. If you love group fitness, you must try Body Pump with Julianne Rivera. Using light weights of your choice, she guides you through a full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and energizes you from head to toe. And if you’re in the mood to dance, step, or just have a great time while burning calories, definitely check out Janelle Washington Brown’s class—her energy is unmatched! On days I want to work out solo, the brand-new gym equipment, wide variety of machines, and uplifting vibe keep me focused and motivated. The facility is spacious, clean, and fully equipped for strength training, cardio, stretching, and more. One of my favorite perks: I end every workout with a relaxing session in the sauna—and all of this is included in my membership, which is under $30! I’m signed up for the “Will Power” membership, and I’m grateful for the incredible value and options this gym provides. The staff is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help you meet your fitness goals. Extraordinary. The membership is affordable; staff is extremely friendly; Plenty of quality equipment with coaches ready to assist. Equipment and the facility is very well maintained, and bright. Spacious, high ceilings, cold enough to maintain effort. Eye candy galore. Towel service is available, and has improved recently. This gym is new, location is convenient, hours are fantastic, and parking is rarely a problem.
I just started coming to this gym and it has honestly given me the motivation/inspiration to start coming back to the gym. Signing up for classes has been easy and the staff have been very welcoming and calm in the face of all the grand opening craziness. Very accommodating. Very nice and 10/10 customer service. Every gym opening has its hiccups, but all in all great space. Excited to reach my fitness goals in this environment.
I’ve had an amazing experience so far. The gym is very upscale and equipped with the best workout equipment. The staff is amazing. Special thanks to Aiden and Josh!!! They were professional, informative and super helpful. My favorite part of the gym is the cinema and recovery room. So thankful this gym is local and affordable!!!
Some of these reviews are surprising. The place looks awesome. It’s similar to the Garden’s location. (In fact, I think all the south Florida locations look similar) Maybe a couple local PSL murals would create a better vibe? I went in today validate my membership and was met by Tatayana (hoped I spelled her name right) who registered me. It was super easy and simple. The facility is beautiful. There is still work being done, but it’s definitely nice. They even have elevator access that they are still completing. Josh was one of the team members who gave me a tour. He was super friendly and engaging. He showed me around each section and explained a little bit of everything. I’m super stoked for this place. Im from Michigan, and this place gave me nostalgia of growing up with the YMCA in Michigan. The saunas in the women’s bathroom is beautiful. They have locker rooms with separate bathrooms and showers. I assume it’s the same for the men’s head. It’s a 24/7 gym, so perfect for us night shifters ❤️ The biggest excitement for me is the *movie room with giant tv screen *Cryotherapy area/ massage chairs *Massage gun area *group classes (Zumba/pilates/cycling) *pool w/ showers, hot tub included *sauna (women and men specific) Only critique I have would be the lack of cold plunge in the pool area like the Garden’s location. There’s only a hot tub.
