Went to a spin class at FLX33 and absolutely loved it. Starts with friendly faces and prayer, worship music & a short devotional during the ride, and a very go at your own pace vibe. You’re encouraged to push yourself, but never pressured, which I really appreciated. 😅😅 And truly… it does not matter how outta shape you are. I went over 10 miles and can still walk today haha but my butt definitely has some thoughts about it lol. Kim was ahhhhhmazing. Super welcoming, super helpful & was a great leader. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people in the room, not just running a class. They even offer the option to stay after for prayer, which was a beautiful unexpected surprise. 😍🙏 And the fact that it’s a nonprofit with unlimited classes for only $33 has me thinking about it even tho it’s 40 minute drive for me! If you’re in Port St. Lucie and looking for something that takes care of your body and your heart, this is worth checking out & your first class is free! 🥳🚴♀️🙌💪

I recently had the pleasure of attending a spin class at FLX33 it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, It was a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel welcomed. The staff was very welcoming, attentive and professional. their commitment to creating a positive, and safe experience is truly inspiring. The class itself was dynamic and energizing, with motivating music and expert guidance that kept me engaged throughout. I am a beginner, and this class and trainer allowed me to feel comfortable. This FLX 33 cycling place offers an amazing experience for everyone. I can't wait to return and continue my fitness journey with such wonderful people! If you haven’t tried doing a class and have been considering to do so. Wait no more and sign up , I Highly recommend it! you not be disappointed

FLX33 has helped me get back to working out and feeling good and healthy. Great friendly environment and great group workout. All the trainers and classes are awesome. Joining FLX33 is one of the best decisions I made. It's addicting!
