Honestly such a fun experience! Me and my friends did a Jack the Ripper escape room…I’ve never done an escape room and this was so fun and scary! Also jay was a really good host and such a good vibe - he made the experience so worthwhile :)

Went here on the weekend, luckily for us, they had availability at late notice. They were able to facilitate an escape room experience for us even though we arrived a few minutes late to our booking. We got there and had a 5 minute introduction which is usually 20 minutes but as we arrived late, I appreciate that we couldn't get the full intro. We had entered a dark room and had to locate a key which was a challenge in itself. We had made it into the main room which is when one of our lamps stopped working, we were given another one 5 minutes after the fact. The intercom was rather quiet and sound was distorted which I imagine was the intention but this just added to the difficulty. I am partially blind so it would've been nice to have a slightly brighter room to have the experience but I understand this has to be a realistic experience for the majority. There ended up being a discrepancy with my friend and the host which I attempted to mediate though the host seemed a tad irritated to focus on the customer service side of things. I believe it just could've been a greater experience but it didn't seem as we were being treated so much as paying customers. Overall I dont think I'll be going there again but wish you all the best for the future!

I have now changed this review. I received fantastic customer support after our session. My orginal rating wasnt great because I had the expectation that actors would be in the rooms with us. Whilst it is true that this is not explicitly mentioned in any advertising or wesbsite I do think people should be aware that it has now been properly explained to me that it is not a gaurenteed part of the experience and should not be expected. The room was good, well themed and we did have a good time. So, my review now reflects this instead of rating it based on expecting some sort of actor involvment in the rooms.

Great service from the lady that was our guide on the day. Our party arrived late to start and they did their best to accommodate us with as much time as they could. We started before the second part of our party arrived and there were no issues with them being let in. We did the Dr Watson Room, and as advertised it was very hard but still enjoyable even though we were not able to complete it even with hints provided when we got stuck.

Brilliant and fun! Went to the peaky blinders official room and staff were very friends and got in character so well. Dayna our hostess was brilliant and made the experience more fun. The room was set up well and very engaging. There was something for everyone to do. Would recommend!
