Took us several days to actually get a room and the first couple times we stopped by we did not have a good experience at all. The person working at the desk was very dismissive and not welcoming. He could not give us a straight answer when we asked about scheduling and we waited just to be told no when he could have easily been honest. When we did do the escape room the person who greeted us at the desk was much nicer and helpful. We did the agency and I liked the theming (room is also big) but the game itself was not that good. Room itself is full of red herring with many of the puzzles are so far out it seems impossible to get without a hint. The room also has a tendency of giving you tons of clues that you cannot use until significantly later (and really ruins the flow of the game) I also wished our game master would have communicated a bit more about things we should not be doing (especially when it impacted the rest of the game) There was one item we rearranged thinking it was part of the game when it actually was supposed to give us the code later on (by rearranging it messed it up) We also had one team member who worked on a red herring for nearly half of the game without someone mentioning it at once.

Family of 10: Before anything I'd like to mention that our gamemaster Angelica was so great, genuinely seemed invested in our success and paid attention every time we asked for a hint(only had to get 3-4 although you do have unlimited ones) so props to her. We did the Dig room and there's only one way to describe the experience. Extremely immersive, super fun, and no regrets. It was 100% worth it. It was most of my family's first time doing an escape room but my gf and I have done a couple before and this was by far the best one we've done (granted the others were not so big). It had so many plot twists and the clues flowed so well with the whole experience. Each one led to another and I do believe it was most definitely the best choice between the 3 rooms available. Small spoiler warning: it wasn't just one room either which was such a great surprise as the other ones we've done are usually just one room and I had seen that the Bank Heist room at least was also just one room so I'm glad we picked the best room in our opinion. Storyline is also cool. All in all the entire family had an amazing experience.

We did the bank heist as a family and nailed it so fun for the whole family! The kids were able to find clues and be involved, would definitely do it again. The host was awesome and very involved! Thank you Kam!

We went to the Western Heist Bank. We really worked out figuring the clues. We had a little help for David. Thanks so much for receiving us and the hints. We finished 4 minutes before time ran out! Yey! Definitely I recommend you to come here with your bandits.

Great experience! It was my first time and we were able to finish the Western Bank Heist with only a couple of hints!
