I reached out to Igor recently because my rates with another insurance company went up significantly recently. He got back to me immediately. He got on the phone with me and gave me some quick quotes, but also educated me about the current state of homeowners insurance in California -- which is a mess. He was super up-to-date on the latest legislative and policy developments. He ended up recommending I stay where I was, and re-evaluate later once the homeowners insurance mess settles down. I really appreciated his time and the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me something that would have cost more or similar to what I have now. Igor is the BEST. Any time we have an insurance question - for car or home - he is so quick to respond, finds us the best possible deal, and is no-nonsense. He lets us know exactly the information he needs and acts quickly. Insurance is super easy with him on our team. I can't recommend Igor and Express Service Insurance highly enough.

My family has worked with Igor for over 20 years! He is very client focused and has always tailored the insurance to our needs! 15 years ago when we purchased our home he advised me to get a certain type of insurance coverage I never considered getting. I am very grateful that he advised me to get it because the insurance came to be very valuable to us when we had issues with the property. It would have cost us a significant amount of money out of pocket but the insurance covered the payments. He has also insured all our cars which has great coverage and a good price!

I went shopping for a homeowners policy when I was having trouble with my current insurance being unresponsive and dragging on months of not submitting our updated policy to our mortgage company. I was so HAPPY to work with Express Service Insurance. Daniel is always professional, responsive, reliable, and affordable. Lorie is fantastic about updating our mortgage every year. I have never had to ask for it. This team is fantastic, and I highly recommend them!
