I highly recommend this State Farm team! I am grateful to have worked with them for so many years on home, auto, umbrella and rental property insurance. They are consummate professionals and kind human beings. They are experts in their field and explain insurance policy nuances and fine print in simple terms the layperson can easily understand. They been extremely helpful in educating me on the trends and changes in the insurance industry in both California and nationwide. Everyone in the office is helpful. When call, I don’t have to wait to talk with my account representative to receive answers - all the agents and support team members are able to help me. The team members support each other to provide excellent and consistent customer service. I am delighted to have found such a great insurance provider.
