I started classes here because at the time it was very convenient, but 3 years later I am still coming back because the teachers are amazing and studio vibe is perfect. Having the option to do the classes either in-studio or via zoom also works well for me
Soo glad I started going to classes here. It feels like a safe haven. All teachers are incredible. Anita has been my heaven-send with her gentle classes and lovely personality. Keigo is divine. Thrilled.
Can't recommend Estuary enough. I was in Melbourne for a quick 1 week holiday and decided to pop in for a few classes (Harmony, Pilates). Their website was very well made which made booking classes a breeze -- highly recommend their intro package for anyone who's keen to try them out or anyone visiting Melbourne! Instructors are so wholesome and warm and classes are taught holistically and extremely clearly. Had a wonderful experience and really wish I could spend more time here. Little shoutout to David for chatting with me before class and sharing your yoga journey! I really appreciate all the care and kindness you showed me.
What a beautiful space full of positive energy that has no doubt been carefully and thoughtfully cultivated. Very clean studio with lovely dog, plants and tea with caring and experienced instructors. immediately makes you feel calm. This is first time in my life for doing yoga. I have disc for neck and low back and rheumatism, so I always have muscle pain. However, just within a few times, muscle pain has decreased, stress has also been relieved. I am noticibly stronger and more flexible because of it. Lucy was very patient, explained and demonstrated all poses very well, always provided different options based on difficulty level. Lucy and all teachers are so genuinely kind and passionate about the practice they share. Would give a higher score if I could!
Have been to a number of yoga studios in inner city Melbourne, and Estuary has been my favourite among all. The only problem is I don’t live close by so can only come for the weekend classes. Beautiful vibes and Lucy is a very patient and thoughtful teacher. She is also one of the most passionate teachers I have met, from history and subtle tricks on Chinese herbs and medicine, and the integration into Yoga practise. The Yin and Yang balance is also an important aspect, and something I have realised during the practise with Lucy. Always enjoyed the classes so much, great relaxation and workout at the same time.
