Injuries from more than a decade ago compounded over time resulting in me having to stop work and other social activities. I was unable to walk without limping or pain and was spraining my ankle every other day/week. I had accepted that it was just something I had to live with until my gp referred and strongly advised me to see Wynter at Melbourne Yoga and Pilates. Having PTSD due to a history of unpleasant experiences with other allied health, I was cautious but able to see great results from my weekly sessions with Wynter. From initially managing the acute injuries to moving on to improve chronic issues, the past 2 years has been a work in progress that has positively changed my life. The entire team is sincere, engaged and funny! My only regret is I did not find them more than a decade ago when my injuries first occurred. Thank you Wynter, Candy, Harley and the entire team for being the biggest advocates for their clients to live their best life!

I was referred by my GP to work with the Physiotherapist at Melbourne Yoga and Pilates. I have previously seen other physios and EPs, but have been unsuccessful at resolving my injuries and long term pain. After 6 months at MYP, I feel the strongest that I have ever felt, my back is stronger than ever and achilles pain is resolved and I am looking forward to working on some big karate goals with my practitioner.

I’ve been seeing Wynter and the team for over 4 years. At 50+ I’ve always thought of myself as active and reasonably fit. But under Wynter’s watchful eye I have significantly increased my strength and fitness, and learned other things about posture and the impact of sitting at my desk all day. I feel stronger now than 15 years ago. I wish I had started sooner.

I walked in with a severe chronic ankle injury that I've had for 11 months. I have completed many treatments in the past that have not been successful until I came to MYP. Candy, my exercise physiologist, was very accommodating and assessed what areas need strengthening to help me reduce my pain. I've been completing weekly sessions for almost 3 months now and I am able to walk with confidence and complete things independently which I haven't been able to do for a long time. I am so grateful for her and the MYP team for supporting me through this journey. It is a safe place for me to attend and I look forward to the future.
